[pct-l] Crampons and Trail Shoes

My Sierra hiking partners in 2006 used the Stubai Ultralight 10 points quite a bit as we traverssed the miles of snow in early June.  I used the ULA in-steps, though I had quite a bit of previous snow travel experience.  Both types worked very well with trail runners.
