One again, Switchback, comes through for you with platinum information for
the 2009 campaign. It is never too early to start planning.

Go to _http://www.ergodyne.com/home.aspx_ (http://www.ergodyne.com/home.aspx)

They have really neat heat protection gear for workers at construction
sites. I got their headband - "Chill-its Temp Control". It is really cold
wrapped around the forehead. Add one to the neck area with your solar umbrella
overhead and you are really in charge banging down the trail in heat. May be
their anti-heat vest would be nice too.

Say, you could be banging along Section A and B in May and have icicles
hanging from your nose. Cool.

Switchback's anti-heat recommendations in addition to the above:

1. Birdiepal Dainty Umbrella - in the silver metallic - about 5 ounces -
use with Switchback's World Famous
Hands-Free 2 ounce umbrella holder. Go to _www.prolitegear.com_
(http://www.prolitegear.com) to see the umbrella.
2. SunPrecaution.com clothing - hat with full drape and super ventilated
long-sleeve shirt
