[pct-l] Recent Trail Temps - It's been COLD

The temps have been rather chilly on the PCT, especially the Sierras where 
day time highs were as much as 36F degrees below normal! Likewise, the daily 
lows are as much as 28F below normal. Casa Viejo Meadows (west of Kennedy 
Meadows) had a high of 17F and a low of -8F

Ignore the Crabtree Meadow sensor, the data coming from CDEC appears to be 
wrong or it's reporting C when it says it's F. Go figure.
