[pct-l] Recent Trail Temps - It's been COLD

The low temperature on 10/11/08 at Walker Pass Camp was 22 deg F.

Low temperature at Joshua Tree Spring on 10/12/08 was 27 deg F.

This morning, at the saddle before Lamont (about 6900 ft), the low temperature was 35 deg F, but the winds were howling through the saddle.  Needless to say, we had minimal sleep last night.  Nice and warm at Chimney Creek Camp at 11 AM.

The temps have been rather chilly on the PCT, especially the Sierras where 
day time highs were as much as 36F degrees below normal! Likewise, the daily 
lows are as much as 28F below normal. Casa Viejo Meadows (west of Kennedy

Ignore the Crabtree Meadow sensor, the data coming from CDEC appears to be 
wrong or it's reporting C when it says it's F. Go figure.
