[pct-l] base weights and ultralight packs

You may want to redefine the question, "What is ultralight vs lightweight?"

Ultralight is considered a base packweight of 10lbs or less. Lightweight 
would be something reasonably over 10lbs.

With that in mind, if all your gear is say 15lbs, you'll want a pack capable 
of carrying a load of say, 15-25+ lbs. (consider water, food, etc) If your 
gear is 5-6lbs, you can consider a pack rated at say 15+ lbs. (again, 
consider water, food)

A 4oz pack probably won't perform or last very well with a 25lb load, where 
as a 19oz Gust (now, Jam2) is excellent.
