[pct-l] Class of 2010 - trash

I think there was an effort to do just that at the kickoff a couple years
ago, providing trash bags to those being shuttled to the border for the
slackpack back to Lake Morena and asking them to bring them back to the
Lake. Not sure if or how it worked out.
