[pct-l] What is a "Thru Hike?"

No I don't think that's what she meant.  But there's some attitude floating 
around here that could use a little adjustment.  BFWIW, just go hiking and 
have fun.  But do leave the attitude at the TH as it's kinda heavy out on 
the trail.  Weighs down my mind when I have to deal with it.
