But you do have to drive to the trail head. It's recommended that you carry 
any medications in the original bottle. You can always leave the extras home 
in the ziplock baggie.

If you had an accident on the way to the trail and they search your car you 
might have more problem with unmarked pills in your possession than marked 
ones.
