It would be helpful to know what date you are planning to start on. I am heading down that way on 4/18 from the Bay Area for a section reunion hike with some of the 2003 hikers.

Speaking of which, I was wondering about places to park my car in Warner Springs. Monty suggested the Resort, but I was hoping for some other suggestions in case they decline.

I could also use a shuttle ride up to Idyllwild from WS around the same time if anybody happens to be in the area on the 18th of April. I am planning on hitch hiking up to Devils Slide  if I cannot get a ride from anybody..hopefully, it will be a fairly easy task getting rides from that area.

Hello,

I am wondering what the best way to campo would be? I live near Sacramento
California. I was thinking of just taking a bus or a train down to San Diego
and then finding a bus that went to Campo. I don't know if this is the best
way to get there or not though. Someone told me that there are "Trail
Angels" down there that might give me a hand. I really don't want to put
someone out of there way though for something that I might be able to just
figure out for myself. I would like to get to Campo in the morning some time
obviously. So that I can try to get as far as I could that day. Anyways any
advise would be great.

Thanks

Sean C.
