[pct-l] shoes

When people talk shoes, it would be useful if they include their foot  
style or last type.

I need a fairly wide show.  Vasque uses a narrow last and they kill  
me.  I love some of their designs, but I can't wear them.  I think La  
Sportiva's are narrow, but I don't recall.

Merrell's have a fairly wide last and work well for me, but others  
might swim in them.  Keen's (what little experience I have) seem very  
wide.  I'm not sure if I'd say too wide.  I may want to try them in  
the desert first.
