[pct-l] Yuppie 911

I stopped at Crater Lake NP, Lassen NP and Burney Falls SP on my way  
home from the PCT this summer. At all 3 places they handed out a  
stack of brochures and newspapers/newsletters with information,  
articles and even advertising/coupons. I think if they can afford to  
spam you with ads and write info about flowers and volcanos they  
could also include information about when it is appropriate to push  
the Yuppie 911 button and when it is not.
