[pct-l] water cache sabotage?

Unless he has seen the "radical environmentalist hikers" or has other good 
evidence, he is making wild unfounded name-calling and likewise imputing 
motives. Apparently he also was relying on the water caches rather than 
carrying enough to get to the next dependable source.  Hard to feel sorry 
for him.
