Exactly my plan too! Filter for socal. Chemical, or no, treatment after KM. I also havent settled on which chemical yet, bug I'm leaning towards Aqua Mira. I didn't know it came in tablets. Tablets are nice, bit I'm not sure they are worth the $$.
