For relief of any chafing symptoms I recommend Herbal Ed's salve, which is
made by a company called Herb Pharm.  It's an organic, all natural product.
I carry it in my first aid kit on every hike.  I found that it is being sold
on Amazon, and you can likely find it in many stores that sell natural
