[pct-l] Food Drop Services

I've never used the packer out of Onion Valley.  Last year on the JMT, I 
hiked to Onion Valley and picked up a box I'd stashed earlier in the bear 
boxes at the trailhead.
I met 2 parties who used the packer and had few good words to say.  When I 
spoke to the Charlotte Lake Ranger at Bullfrog Lake, he said there have been 
many complaints about the service...I'm not sure why they have the 
concession there...
This is not to say that the other packing operations are like this.  The 
Bishop Pass and Reds Meadow folks have a good reputation.
