As a man, I wore 1 pair on the trail and kept a spare pair in my bounce box.  So yes, I wore the same one day after day.  I think on a 10day stretch in the Sierra Neveda I may have flipped the inside out, but otherwise had no problems.  It was a pair of Ex Officio briefs that had a anti-bacterial treatment so they didn't stink very bad even after a week of daily use.
