[pct-l] Kick Off

I am interested in attending the PCT kick off in April.  I won't be thru
hiking this year, but will be doing several Sections and would very much
enjoy speaking with other thru hikers, and those planning their first
adventure.  Is it possible for someone not thru hiking to attend this event,
are the dates April 23, 24th and what is the exact location?  Any
information you can provide is greatly appreciated - can I pre-register, the
cost?  Thank you.
