[pct-l] Campo-I-8

I hiked the first 20 miles of the PCT again last weekend. I noticed
the following water:

3/6
mile 24.6 - Cottonwood Creek Bridge - flowing 6 - 8  feet wide
mile 2.5 - Campo Creek - flowing 2 feet wide
mile 4.3 - Creeklet - flowing 3 feet wide
3/7
mile 16 - Hauser Creek flowing - 4 feet wide
mile 20.6 - Lake Morena Campground - water on at campground
