[pct-l] Deep Creek Detour

Sugar Moma,
The 6/10ths mile road from Forest Road 3N34 to Splinters Cabin is
closed because of the wash out at Bear Creek so you would need to
either carry your magic down to the Splinters/PCT area or set up near
Forest Road 3N34.

The unpaved part of Hwy 173 is now closed to vehicles and this 4.5
mile closed section is part of the detour. The concrete barriers at
either end of the 173 closure might be a spot were magic would be
appreciated, although they don't have much shade around them. The
south barrier is at detour mile 9.5; the north barrier (not far from
Mojave River Forks Reservoir Dam) is at detour mile 14.
