[pct-l] shoe replacement

Man, if your shoes are comfortable, stick with 'em.  I only ended up trying
something new because a bad case of plantars faciitis was not healing.  I
found immediate relief from pulling out the pads and arch support I'd been
using, and maybe I'd just done a really lousy job of treating the PF in the
first place.  Who knows. I found even more relief with pulling out the shoes
insole, and walking on a relatively flat sole.  I haven't yet hiked long
distances with this new flat shoe, but it's much more comfortable for me at
this point, and a 3 day packpack trip last week felt great on my feet.

If what you're using is working, don't fix it.
