[pct-l] Using Aqua Mira drops with silty water

bandanna soaking / squeezing works, but is not the fastest method out
there by any means. this also works well when all you have is a rock
side that is wet but no where to put your bottle at to have it drip
into. and, it also helps filter out some of the larger chunks.
