[pct-l] PCT-L now in forum format/unauthorized taking

Yes, me and my family of hikers who follow these postings daily in
preparation for our 2012 thru-hike are concerned as well for many of the
reasons listed elsewhere, and the reasons Ken lists here.

Two of us are professional writers, who get well paid for our work. I
intentionally have not added my voice to the postholer site's
blogs/conversations -- as I profoundly disagree with his treatment of
members of this community on the PCT-L. There's no question (as many of us
have noted in previous postings) that he's free to say and act as he will on
his own site. But I think he is not free to take my postings and your
postings and reproduce them on his site, to his advantage. It's unethical,
and possibly illegal.
