I made primal jerky following this recipe:

it more of a rub than a marinade, so I added extra water to one batch, and
extra Bragg's to the others.  I substituted Bragg's Liquid Amino Acids for
the soy sauce, didn't have Worcestershire.  Managed to get some kind of
steak at Costco that was thinly sliced.  Put it in the freezer and then
sliced in 1" strips crosswise.  Put 2" in a zip bag for marinade - about 12
hours, and then in the dehydrator on teflon sheets on the "meat" selection,
which on mine is the highest setting.  Was done in about 12 hours.  Put half
a tray in a snack-sized bag - my yield for almost 5" of steak was 15 bags.
