I remember spending the Fourth of July in South Lake Tahoe in 2000. We were 
somewhere in the middle of the pack.

Hello All
I will not be thru hiking this year for the first time but it is looking
good for next year.  Anyways, I have a family reunion in South Lake Tahoe
about Mid june.  I am curious as to when most thru hikers arrive in this
region.  How many days on average does it take to arrive in this area?
