[pct-l] Condensed milk in a TUBE?

Only a guess but I bet the tube is not an approved method to store milk
product for the usda which might explain why you don't find it here.  You
will find the same product just different package to comply with USDA
standards which are different from standards in say asian countrys or any
country for that matter.
