[pct-l] Questions for Canadian Hikers

Two Questions to any Canadians on this list-

1. What problems have you run into with sending food or supplies to the
trail? I only plan on sending one package from home, to Kennedy Meadows
(food, ice axe, bear canister).
    Any problems with customs ect? Anything special I should do to ensure my
package arrives?

2. What are you guys doing for travel/health insurance for such a long trip?
