[pct-l] Contemplating Going alone

Hi everyone,
I was wondering if anyone has any advice on whether it would be a good idea
for me to hike part of the PCT alone. I am 22 years old, from London with
moderate camping/hiking experience. In 2007/8 when I was 18, I joined the
Nevada Conservation Corps and did 5 months of camping and conservation work
and I had the best time of my life. Ever since then I've longed to return
to the states and do something similar. I've always been fascinated by the
PCT, ideally I'd love to do the whole thing (maybe one day). The problem
is, I have no one to go with. I don't want the fact that I'm going to be
alone stop me from doing something I want to do, but at the same time I
don't want to do something stupid.

Alternatively, anyone know of any groups that I could go with? Or anyone on
here looking to hike the trail April-June time?
It would probably be more ideal to go with other people as I've never
camped on my own before and I'm not sure if I could handle it.

Any tips/comments much appreciated,

Flo
