[pct-l] Secure Parking/Storage near the Tahoe Rim Trail

I parked my car at the golf course parking lot in Tahoe City.  The trail 
goes 10' from the parking lot.  One option...  I've called local police 
in the past and asked them what they thought best.  I put my car in a 
rental yard too - it's cheap.
