The reason I do not stay overnight at Horseshoe Meadows is that I do not want to scare the bears, Drug Cartel Soldier's, Indians, and Female Terminator Leadership Types.  The Sierras are not use to a real mountainman of the first order and old school.  There are not too many of us around anymore, who remember the last Ice Age glaciers, etc.  I do not want to upset the delicate equalibrium that Mother Nature has up there.
