[pct-l] section A in late March

Late March should be good for section A. 
It's toward the end of our winter storm season down here so there is still a possibility of rain and/or snow at the higher elevation. The snow seldom gets deep enough in the Laguna's Mountains to be a big problem if you're prepared and it usually melts off in a day or two at that time. 
Natural water sources should be at their peak, though it may be early for some of the water caches.
You won't have to worry about snow cups or snow bridges or water crossing at any time in section A.
