[pct-l] Billy Goat - cell phone number

In talking with Billy Goat, I told him that a number of PCT-ers had
responded to the initial health notice by asking how to get in touch with
him directly.  He has no email access, but just now (to my surprise) gave
permission for his cell phone number to be posted, saying that either a call
or texting would be fine.  That number is:  207-458-9221.   I believe he
would welcome contact from fellow hikers.
