[pct-l] Foot expansion vs. foot protection

You are the first person to talk about the great Leokotape.  I thru hikes the AT in 2012, and it saved me. I have meta tarsel problems, and I wrapped my feet all the time, and this tape was the only one that would stay on when one sweats a lot, I left it on for a week often.  

Also, on the foot wear point, I switched from boots to trail shoes, and got a stress fracture in my foot and got sidelined for almost three weeks. Went back to boots and Leuko tape (doc said it would take three months to heal) and finished my hike.  Happy trails! Pamela
