For anyone who uses Halfmile's maps, don't forget to send a donation to him
as well (there's a donate button on his site).  He graciously makes the maps
available for free in electronic form but I know he invests countless hours
of time and probably a *lot* of money in equipment to create them and
maintain them, so keep the good karma flowing by giving back to him!
