[pct-l] Mac and cheese

1. Set water to boil. Use exact amount of water necessary for the  
meal. No draining.
2. When boiling or close to it, add pasta (and tuna if you have it).  
With luck, the stove runs out of fuel in one more minute.
3. Remove from stove, add 1 package of Knorr Alfredo or three cheese  
sauce and several chunks of Swiss Grueyere cheese.
4. Cover the pot, put it in a pot cozy and/or wrap some extra hats  
and socks around it. Set aside. 15 minutes will be enough time, but  
if you can wait longer, it only gets better. You can carefully wrap  
in a big ziploc and put it in your pack for another hour or two of  
hiking and still have a hot meal.
5. Eat.

Pasta that works well:
- Orzo (densest pasta, looks like rice, more calories per volume)
- Elbows
- Anything else, including Knorr pasta sides with the flavor already  
in the package. I still add more sauce and cheese.
