[pct-l] C-A-M-P-F-I-R-E-S / And the Mountain Bike problem

I am afraid to say it, but I may now be in support of public flogging.  If
it is true that people are taking trail signs down, for their own selfish
reasons, and then lying about not knowing what trail they are on then they
need to be severely punished.  Perhaps a flogging would be too harsh, but a
jail cell and a massive fine for vandalism might be appropriate.
