[pct-l] send maps

I am from Europe, too - as far as I figured out there are quite some 
points against sending stuff from here to trailtowns. Cost is one, not 
reliable delivery times for oversea mail is another one. I decided on a 
bounce box for my maps (and other stuff: repair kits, crampons for 
sierra if needed, ...) to mail forward to myself @ the next town approx. 
every 2 weeks.

Plan for far below freezing in the higher elevations of the sierra. Even 
if you're lucky and it does not happen - stay safe.
