[pct-l] Walker Pass to Bakersfield

In 2012 on our hike from Campo, we hitched from Walker Pass to Lake 
Isabella. Not much traffic, but got a ride after about 45 minutes. We 
were waiting for a friend to arrive from Vancouver, BC. She had made 
contact with Stryder (the kickoff coordinator) who lives in 
Bakersfield. After flying to LAX she took a bus to Bakersfield. 
Stryder picked her up at the bus depot and then, along with his 1978 
PCT thru hiker buddy Nohawk, drove her to Lake Isabella, picked us 
up, and transported us all to Walker Pass. And then they refused any 
compensation, simply asking us to pay it forward in the future. Great 
guys, maybe they can help you too, or at least, as locals, give you 
other options as you plan for 2015.

What are the transportation options for leaving the trail at Walker Pass
and getting to Bakersfield Airport via Tehachapi or ? and then back again
to the trail a week later. (This is preplanning for 2015. Got a family
wedding in Chicago the end of May.)
