[pct-l] Correction: Hwy 2 above Wrightwood (HM 369) is currently closed

Just double checked with Mtn Harware staff.  It's  further west of here that's closed (Vincent Gap 374 to the Islip Saddle 369). 

Inspiration Point, HM 369, is open.
