[pct-l] New monument ?

I guess someone's in the process building new southern monument according to PCTA.  I personally attempted to restore it about 3 or 4 years ago.. . It was hurting then and in need of replacement. . Anyone have a photo of the current project or any information?   Would also love to know what will happen to the old one that was taken down and just how many years had it been there?    Panama.
