[pct-l] format

If you enter a comment on the PCT list using Yahoo, each time you hit the space bar after a sentence, it fills in the space with ???.Try starting your next sentence directly after the period...no spaces.

Wow, what's going on with my formatting?? Does anyone know how I fix it?
I keep getting a lot of '?'s injected into my posts.
