[at-l] 2nd Amndmnt Re: Coyote Attack

On tonight's news, there was a piece about an apartment landlord who has a clause in his lease agreements that the tenants can't have guns on the premises.  I wonder if this one will go to the Supreme Court in some form.  Two different parts of the Constitution are in conflict here.  Does the right to bear arms trump the owner's property rights?  Just a rhetorical question for thought.  Don't answer!  The list is too full now.  <G>  a'bear
