At Wiley, the waterbox is a cistern and not connected with the pump in any
way. The actual pump, down at the bottom of the well is what is broken. It
has a leather seal which is what makes it work, but the leather is worn out
and doesn't seal. We have replaced it about every other year as that is all
that the seal lasts because of corrosion. We need a new pump body. We are
working on the problem, no time estimate.
