UPDATE: Vehicle hits pedestrians at Trail Days Festival in Washington County

Numerous pedestrians were stuck by a vehicle in Damascus, Virginia at the annual Trails Days Festival. That's about 2 hours south of Roanoke, near Bristol.

At least four medical helicopters and almost a dozen ambulances are assiting.
