Calling the Glacier National Park headquarters will provide you with
up to date trail information regarding the passability of drifts along
the Highline.  There is snow on that trail often into July but people
will definetely hike it in June.  Take the obvious safety precautions
when doing snow crossings and you'll do just fine as more than likely
someone will have already kicked steps into most of the snow.  Later
into the season the trail crew will be out there with shovels and
dynamite making the trail totally passable.
