[pct-l] #rd Gate Cache... Suggestion

I'm not sure this makes sense.  You're basically suggesting that hiker A
carry his/her water *and* the water for hiker B.  Hiker A gets to do all
the work and hiker B gets to walk past the water at San Felipe Creek and
then use the water at 3rd Gate due to hiker A's extra work.

Wouldn't it make more sense for both hiker A and B to carry the water
they need from San Felipe Creek to Barrel Springs? That is how I  
approached
the problem on my two hikes through there.  I didn't have to worry
about water at 3rd Gate (and there wasn't any on one of my trips).
