[pct-l] Washington re-route(s)

Unfortunately ther Forest Service is not always up on the lastest good
reccomendations for the PCT here in Washington. The last few years they were
demanding all PCT hikers use the official reroute north of Steven's to
Stehekin. They had only worked on the original trail not the reroute. The
few hikers who followed the Forest Service advice did not make it through on
the Steven's end and had to back track. Listen to the SOBO hikers of this
season.
