[pct-l] Hikers Rash

I had a rash on the inner thigh pretty bad in SoCal - the only thing that
ended up helping was neosporin. I put it on at night and after like two
days it was gone. Of course I had to keep it dry as well. Maybe worth a try
in the crotchal area? :)
