[pct-l] Shoe Inserts

[Steven M. Ratner]

I've been day hiking in Brooks Cacadias.  At the end of a long day, the
bottom of my feet are very sore.

Any suggestions on inserts that might help.  I don't want to go back to
heavier hiking boots unless I need to.
