[pct-l] Fire Closures

I know that the Happy Camp and Whites fires have closed the PCT in the
Russian Wilderness and up near Seiad.  What I cannot find out is if the
trail actual burned or if the fire just burned near the trail and the area
is still closed.  If the trail actually burned that is a much worse problem
for next years hikers.  Look at the closure near Idyllwild; the trail needs
to be rebuilt before they will open it.

Does anyone know if the trail actually burned in those areas?
